Founding Story

All-Star Concessions began with a simple, earnest love of food and the ritual of game day. What started with Brazill Harris as a part-time snack-shack worker in the San Francisco Bay—showing up early, smiling through long weekends, and learning every small task—became a promise to make youth sports events welcoming, dependable, and delicious. She built the company from that daily, human work—one shift, one conversation, and one grateful coach at a time—so families could relax, fans could celebrate, and leagues could focus on the game.

Apprenticeship and Early Growth

Brazill’s journey began in the San Francisco Bay working under Tim Sanborn in a local snack shack; hired part time, she showed up ready to learn, quickly mastering every role on the line and proving an instinct for service, attention to detail, and a knack for thinking two steps ahead. Mr. Sanborn noticed her care and work ethic and asked her to manage a snack shack; Brazill accepted the challenge, threw herself into learning the full craft of concession operations, and became fluent in purchasing, prep, staffing, and customer care.

Growing Responsibility and Results

Within three years Brazill was managing half of the locations and running the catering division that served Stanford University alumni events; when Mr. Sanborn needed to step back, he entrusted her with running the entire operation, and Brazill accepted. While leading the team, she also thoughtfully negotiated and brought on two more sites at Menlo-Atherton High School and Burlingame High School while keeping quality and consistency front and center.

Acquisition and New Beginnings

When Mr. Sanborn retired and offered the business to Brazill, she approached the opportunity with careful diligence and a clear heart. She organized the legal, financial, and operational details, leaned on guidance from a trusted family mentor to finalize the acquisition, and relaunched the company as All‑Star Concessions with a clear vision for professional, dependable concessions management and consulting.

Roots, Values, and Mission

Being the founder was not a leap out of nowhere. Brazill comes from a long line of chefs and believes food can teach and connect. She founded Cooking with Queen Bee to teach preschool through fifth-grade children how to cook and has spent over 15 years as a teacher and administrator, currently serving at Monticello Academy in Santa Clara. Those experiences shaped All‑Star Concessions into more than a vendor: it is a community partner that removes the volunteer burden, raises food-safety and service standards, and brings steady hospitality so parents can relax and kids can celebrate and make every game day smoother for leagues and families.

Vision Forward

With the guidance of her mentor and the experience of hands-on leadership, Brazill is blazing a path to make All-Star Concessions the number one youth sports concessions management and consulting business in the industry, one league at a time. The company’s promise is simple and powerful: professional, caring concession operations that remove the volunteer burden, feed communities well, and add to the joy of every game day. Brazill’s leadership turns small moments—a perfectly grilled hot dog, a quickly filled order, a teammate’s high-five—into trust that lasts season after season.

In Her Teaching Role

In this vibrant classroom scene, educator Brazill Harris stands confidently at the front of the room, fully engaged in her teaching role. She holds up a large, colorful poster board titled “Cooking with Queen Bee”, proudly displaying photographs of her students immersed in hands-on cooking activities—mixing ingredients, collaborating at tables, and discovering the joy of preparing food together. The board serves as both a teaching tool and a celebration of her students’ learning journey, capturing the energy and creativity of the course. Surrounded by cheerful classroom decorations and student work, Harris radiates enthusiasm and dedication, embodying her passion for teaching and empowering young learners through the art of cooking.
